A light and indulgent French dessert combining ripe strawberries with creamy mascarpone. These elegant, no-bake layered parfaits are perfect for summer gatherings or family treats, offering a delightful balance of freshness and richness.
Ingredients
500 g fresh strawberries
250 g mascarpone
150 ml heavy cream
40 g powdered sugar
8–12 boudoir biscuits or spéculoos (optional)
Fresh mint leaves for decoration
Instructions
Wash and hull strawberries; cut large ones into quarters. Set aside.
Crack 150 ml cold heavy cream in a bowl. Whisk until stiff peaks form.
Fold in mascarpone and powdered sugar gently until smooth.
Layer the mascarpone mixture in 4 glasses, alternating with strawberry slices.
Top with crumbled biscuits if using, and garnish with mint and reserved strawberry slices.
Notes
Use overripe strawberries for sweeter flavor.
Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Freeze unchilled layers for 15 minutes to solidify if desired. Decorate with additional mint leaves.
