Ingredients
1 container of plain Greek yogurt (about 125g, full-fat)
1–2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (mix of parsley, chives, dill, or mint)
1–2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon vinegar (white wine, apple cider, or lemon juice)
½ teaspoon mustard (optional)
Pinch of salt
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Wash and thoroughly dry fresh herbs. Finely chop the herbs.
In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, vinegar, and mustard (if using).
Mix in chopped herbs and season with salt and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
