Description

A creamy, herbaceous sauce that adds a refreshing twist to grilled dishes, salads, or vegetables. Simple to make with pantry staples, this versatile condiment is perfect for everyday meals or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale

1 container of plain Greek yogurt (about 125g, full-fat)
12 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (mix of parsley, chives, dill, or mint)
12 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon vinegar (white wine, apple cider, or lemon juice)
½ teaspoon mustard (optional)
Pinch of salt
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Wash and thoroughly dry fresh herbs. Finely chop the herbs.
In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, vinegar, and mustard (if using).
Mix in chopped herbs and season with salt and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Notes

Experiment with herb combinations (e.g., basil for summer, rosemary for richness).
Use strained yogurt for thicker consistency.
Stir in lemon zest or garlic for extra flavor.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
