Ingredients
1 loaf of bread (baguette or country bread)
113 g unsalted butter, softened
2–3 cloves garlic
50 g fresh parsley, minced
Pinch of salt
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
Mince garlic cloves and measure 113g of softened butter
Finely chop fresh parsley
Mix butter, garlic, 2g of parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl until combined
Preheat oven to 180°C
Slice bread into 1cm thick pieces
Evenly spread garlic butter mixture on each slice
Arrange on baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden
Notes
Use slightly stale bread for better absorption
Add extra garlic if desired
Alternatively use 10g of vegetable oil with 8g butter mix
Store leftovers in an airtight container
